Meet Our Mesa and Gilbert Orthodontists Staff at Robison Orthodontics

Kris Kellis, Office Manager

As our office manager Kris works with the staff to ensure your visit to our office is an exceptional experience. It is his goal to minimize any wait times and ensure you are receiving   the best treatment available. Should you need to wait our staff will be sure to offer you soft serve ice cream, slushy, soda, or water depending on the office you visit. He is usually behind the scenes working with our staff and many of our patients on an individual basis.

Kris is an Arizona native and a sports enthusiast. If he isn’t playing sports or spending time outdoors he enjoys watching it on the big screen. He is married to his beautiful wife, Harmony and they have 2 boys. In his free time he enjoys playing with them, and teaching them his love for sports and the outdoors. In addition “He loves technology” and couldn’t imagine life without it. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry he spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry. He had braces and headgear when in his youth and knows first-hand the benefits from orthodontic treatment. Kris will tell you that he really enjoys orthodontics because it puts smiles on people’s faces that are always brighter and shinier than before.

Kimberly Trembly, Financial Coordinator

Kim is our Financial Coordinator here at Robison Orthodontics. She will help you to understand your dental insurance benefits, and make arrangements for payment. She looks forward to helping you!

Kim began her career in Dentistry/Orthodontics in 1996 and has been a part of our team for one year.

She was born and raised in Nebraska. Her family moved to Arizona in 1985. She is a graduate of Mountain View High School. Go Toros! And Go BIG RED! (She loves football season!) Kim is also a proud mother of 3 beautiful boys. For her the best part about orthodontics is to see people smiling! Kim tells us, “When you love your smile you smile more!  Dr. Robison can help you to LOVE your smile! A smile is the best gift you can give away.”

 

Tricia Santiago, Treatment Coordinator

Tricia is our Treatment Coordinator. Tricia will work closely with the Dr.’s, staff, and new patients for their complimentary exams. She is dedicated and passionate about making a difference in peoples’ lives and assisting patients in making well-informed decisions regarding orthodontic treatment. She loves to build relationships, rapport, and trust with each of her patients and their families. You will see her performing x-rays, taking photos, giving office tours, assisting the doctor with consultations, and presenting the recommended treatment and fees.

Tricia has been married to her wonderful husband and best friend, Marvin Jr, for 26 years. She has four beautiful children and is a proud grandparent to her grandson. She moved to Arizona from San Jose, CA in 1997. She loves cooking and baking from scratch.

Tricia’s passion for orthodontics comes from firsthand experience! Living most of her life embarrassed to speak and smile. Orthodontic treatment has changed her life. It has given her the confidence to smile big! It has also given her healthier, stronger teeth and gums.

Cindy Kellis, Public Relations

Cindy is our Public Relations. Cindy builds relationships with our referring doctors, teaches dental hygiene in the schools, hosts hygienist training classes, organizes and works at many community events, and occasionally you will find her running alongside Mr. Tiki at races, or doing the Samoan Slap Dance to celebrate “New Smiles” on our Aloha Day (braces removal day).

Cindy has worked in marketing and sales in residential real estate for 12 years.  Her move to marketing at Robison Orthodontics has been a fun and fulfilling opportunity.

She was born and raised in Arizona.  Her family loves camping, fishing, hiking, and competing in sports.  She grew up playing competitive volleyball and softball with her sisters. But, now loves low-impact road bicycling with her husband and friends. She loves Mexican food. If it was up to her, she would eat fish or shrimp tacos for every meal.  She is passionate about cleaning and dislikes shopping very much!

Stacey Mills, Scheduling Coordinator

Stacey is our Scheduling Coordinator in our Mesa and Gilbert offices. She can help assist patients with any questions regarding their treatment. She has been with Robison Orthodontics for 7 years and brings over 10 years of experience in the orthodontic industry in both front and back office.

Stacey is a native of Arizona. She is married with two young sons. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys taking time to relax on the rare occasion!

Stacey says the best part of her job is seeing the patients’ reaction once they have their braces off!

 

Laurie Nicoll, Front Office Coordinator, Mesa.

Laurie is our Scheduling Coordinator in our Mesa office.

She has been with the Robison Orthodontic team since 2006 and brings over 9 years experience in orthodontics. She loves meeting new people and sharing in the fun experience of treatment each month.

Laurie enjoys spending free time with family and sharing in activities with her husband. They have 8 children and 2 grandchildren.

Patients who visit our Mesa office are welcomed and checked-in by Laurie. She makes sure they have a drink, enjoy soft serve ice cream and are having a great experience. Don’t forget to see her on your way out to schedule your next appointment.

Lynn Woods, Clinical Assistant

Lynn loves her job and feels blessed to wake up in the morning and begin a new day. Her love of life is always reflected in her smiling face.

Lynn brings 20 years of experience in the orthodontic industry and enjoys working with Robison Orthodontics. Lynn will tell you, “It’s a privilege to work at Robison Orthodontics!”

She was born in Connecticut and moved to Arizona when she was 11. She has amazing children. Her oldest is in the Marine Corps. She loves camping and doing pretty much anything outdoors.

 

 

Alisa Tague, Clinical Assistant

Alisa is an assistant and assists the doctor in giving patients the best smiles possible! She has over 20 years’ experience in the orthodontic industry. Alisa enjoys the relationships she develops with our patients and their families. She believes the best part to her about her job is seeing patients get their braces off, and their reaction to their new smiles!

Originally born and raised in Colorado, she recently relocated to Arizona in August 2007. Alisa has been married for twelve years to her husband, Brandon, and they have a seven-year-old son, Trevor. Alisa loves sports; some of her favorite teams are the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies. In her free time she enjoys traveling and swimming at the beach. She also enjoys returning to Colorado when time permits.

 

 

Yuliana Navarro, Clinical Assistant

Yuliana is an assistant to Dr Robison. Patients will meet her when they get their braces on and off and any adjustments in between. Yuliana has enjoyed being an orthodontic assist since 2003.

Yuliana was born and raised here in Arizona. She loves it here. In her free time she loves spending time with her family. Her children are the best thing ever. She also enjoys watching the Arizona Cardinals play some football.

Yuliana loves her job because she gets to build relationships with wonderful patients….and of course seeing the end result of a beautiful smile.

 

Nestor Aguilar, Assistant

Nestor is an assistant to Dr Robison and team. He is the assistant who loves to laugh! He also does most of the lab work for us. He will tell you that it is a pleasure working in such a positive, laid-back atmosphere with great doctors. He believes we are a team and a family!

Nestor has enjoyed working as a Dental Assistant now for the last 4 years and is x-ray certified.

Nestor is originally from L.A. California. He has 2 amazing boys ages 7 and 8. He loves sports.  In his free time you can find him at the lake fishing.

The best part for Nestor about his job is watching our patients smiles change and getting to know our patients during their course of treatment and seeing the smiles on their faces the day they get their braces off.

Kristy Maughan, Marketing Coordinator

Kristy has two hats! She is our Public Relations and Treatment Coordinator. Come see her when you are considering your options for orthodontic treatment. Kristy is a passionate individual and builds amazing quality relationships. She will guide and educate both our professional friends and our patients about the quality, FUN and memorable orthodontic treatment Robison Orthodontics provides.

Kristy has been a dental professional now for the last 7 years. She is experienced in all aspects of the dental/orthodontic practices. Kristy found her passion in the orthodontic field after experiencing her own orthodontic treatment. Kristy tells us, after experiencing orthodontic treatment for herself as an adult she is now prepared to greet the world grinning with new confidence!

Kristy is from Wisconsin although she does not claim to be a “Cheese head!” She moved to Arizona in 1999 and met her wonderful loving husband, Brady. They have two children Audra and Jett. She loves to live a healthy and active lifestyle. In Kristy’s spare time you will find her crafting one thing or another. Kristy tells us she can turn anything into beautiful, amazing, and useful things.” Kristy is responsible for most of our gifting, event planning, and contests here at Robison Orthodontics and she really is a talented individual with great attention to detail!

Shannon Saenz, Front Office Coordinator, Gilbert.

Shannon is our Front Office Coordinator in our Gilbert office. Shannon’s passion in life is helping others. She loves her job and seeing our patients excited for their appointments especially the appointment to remove braces. The look on the patients faces when they see their new smile is the best part for her. She says, “It’s truly life changing and I am excited to be a part of that time in our patients life!”

Shannon brings 8 years of experience in the dental field in both the front office and back office. She is new to Robison Orthodontics and will be one of the individuals to welcome you as you enter our office. Shannon will also help you with any questions you may have during your visits.

In Shannon’s free time she loves spending time with her 9 year old son, Brandon and loving husband Jo

Heather Kelly, Clinical Assistant

Heather is an assistant to Dr. Robison and new to our great team of expert assistants. Heather found her passion in orthodontics in 2009. She studied and trained in the dental field before passing several exams to become a registered Dental Assistant. She will tell you that orthodontics is her passion! She enjoys taking the journey to straight healthy smiles with her patients from the first day of calming their concerns to the exciting day of revealing their new gorgeous smile. Heather and her family have lived in Arizona for most of her life. She is a wife and mother blessed with 3 amazing children, one handsome son and two beautiful girls. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and exploring new places.
